The founder of Renavis is Marcin Włodarczyk, who has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial property market.
Between 2015 and 2024, he headed the Lodz branch of Colliers Poland. He served about 70 companies in more than 100 transactions, in which a total of about 110,000 sq.m. was leased.
He has worked with the largest and most important companies in the modern business services sector in Łódź (BPO, SSC, ITO, RD).
Between 2006 and 2013, he carried out dozens of acquisitions and sales of industrial properties and investment land with a total area of more than 100 ha, within the Łódź Special Economic Zone.
He holds a CCIM title and was licensed as a real estate agent in 2005.
